The Mount of Jupiter sits directly beneath the index finger and is one of the four 'finger mounts.' A well-developed Jupiter mount points to healthy ambition, confidence, and natural leadership — the desire to influence and be recognized. When overdeveloped it can tip into arrogance or a need for dominance; when flat or underdeveloped, it suggests low self-esteem or a reluctance to lead.

Spotting it: Press or look at the fleshy pad directly below the base of the index finger. Compare its height/fullness to the other three finger mounts (Saturn, Apollo, Mercury) to judge whether it is prominent, average, or flat.
